As a skilled Interventionist and life coach, Sophie knows firsthand what individuals and families in crisis are going through and plays a crucial role in helping them find their way toward recovery. 

At CCM, Sophie’s role is to help families navigate the complex process of helping a loved one accept help and to ensure that both the individual and family receive continuous support throughout the process. No stranger to being on the other side of an intervention, her empathy and understanding of each individual’s role and experience shape her approach and perspective as an interventionist and case manager. 

It brings Sophie great joy to be an ally, advocate for people in crisis, and support people in creating powerful change in their lives. In addition to helping people recover, her favorite part of the job is educating and empowering families who have little experience with substance use, addiction, and behavioral health challenges and helping them learn how to navigate the journey with strength, patience, and hope. 

Outside of CCM, Sophie enjoys a full life, traveling worldwide, staying active, and being a mom. She lives in Miami near the ocean.
