ANNA LIPMAN
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Anna is known for her ability to create and manage the business scaffolding that makes CCM a high-functioning organization and an innovative leader in the field of recovery and behavioral health. Her ability to find creative solutions is one of her greatest strengths, because even when there’s blood, sweat, and tears, Anna knows that miracles are happening every day under the care of her team — and her role is essential.
Anna is a Colorado native, raised in Los Angeles, and a graduate of New York University. When she’s not giving her all at work, she is happiest traveling, being active, exploring aerial fitness, skiing, and scuba diving in beautiful locations around the world. Anna loves being a mom to her two young kids. She is a fierce advocate for maternal rights and health care. Anna lives with her family in Los Angeles.
As Director of Operations, Anna likens her role to being a ‘conductor’ at CCM. The woman behind the scenes, involved in every aspect of the organization, Anna is passionate about supporting her team and ensuring they have what they need to do their best work.
Like many others at CCM, Anna’s journey to sobriety profoundly shaped her. It wasn’t until she heard her story come out of someone else’s mouth in a 12-step meeting that she realized she wasn’t alone in her fear and desperation to find a better way forward—and find it she did.
Now, Anna’s experience gives her a sense of purpose in an organization where she gets to support people who are taking those first difficult steps towards significant life changes. Even though she’s not in the proverbial trenches, her ability to see the big picture and manage all the pieces ensures that the families working with CCM receive the care they need.
