As the Accounts Manager at CCM, Juan oversees and manages all client accounts. His primary focus is on maintaining financial health and stability for the company while ensuring excellent customer service for the people CCM serves.
Juan loves positively impacting people’s lives and contributing to a healthier society by working in behavioral health and recovery. Growing up, Juan witnessed several family members struggle with substance abuse and knows firsthand the difficulties and stigma people face when they are navigating addiction. Juan takes pride in being a patient and compassionate advocate for clients navigating difficult times, ensuring that financial matters are the least of their concerns.
Juan brings deep expertise in finance and accounting to CCM, along with 17 years of experience managing accounts in various financial operations and industries. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage the dynamic needs of an evolving business environment supports the team at CCM in providing exceptional care. He’s most proud of their client’s success stories.
Outside of CCM, Juan enjoys working with plants, playing guitar, traveling, and cooking. He lives in Los Angeles.

GENERAL MANAGER
As the General Manager of CCM, Charity is the unofficial “momma bear” who keeps the organization and office running smoothly and efficiently.
Charity is a people person by nature, and she enjoys working in an organization where her contributions make a difference in people’s lives every day. Taking care of people by spreading love and kindness is part of her life mission, and this translates into how hard she works for the people and organizations she believes in. Charity loves living the definition of her name through the work she does in the world.
Charity’s strong work ethic and ability to manage all the moving pieces make her an essential part of the team at CCM. Her favorite part about doing this work is being surrounded by people devoted to cultivating self-love and inner strength. Growing alongside the team at CCM has helped her become the best version of herself.
When she’s not setting meetings, making travel arrangements, or supporting office procedures, Charity loves entertaining friends, cooking delicious food with her family, and catching up on her cooking shows.
